REIKI 45 minute sessions $60
REIKI is also known as "Universal Energy or Light". Every living thing is made of up of this electromagnetic energy so that we harmonize and reconnect constantly within the universe of life. For thousands of years, many cultures have used this knowledge to heal their bodies and lead their spirits to wholeness. This energy is spiritually guided and is safe in any situation when used with the right intention. There is no religious or philosophical meaning attached to Reiki. It is a powerful, natural system of healing that unlocks the inner flow of energy.
Reiki heals by flowing through affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the body's vibratory level, thus removes the unhealthy emotions. This mental healing causes the negative energy to break up and be released. Toxins- gone!
Treatments are generally offered in 45-minute sessions. Reiki works on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Each person's experience is unique, depending on what their needs are at the time. One may experience a tingling sensation or a heat that is generated in a short time. Others have felt a sense of lightness or peace. Sessions are relaxing and are done with the body fully clothed.

Reflexology is a healing art and science that has existed for thousands of years. It is a form of massage done on the hands and/or feet. The massage covers more than 7,200 pressure points, or nerve endings, that correspond to different organs, bones, muscles, and glands throughout the body. By working on one part of the body, the other becomes healed.
Reflexology treats each person on a physical and spiritual level, honoring the mind, body, and spirit connection. It offers many beneficial qualities that enhance energy flow, encourage healthy cell reproduction, and an all-over feeling of well being. Reflexology is a powerful tool that can be used by anyone for maintaining good health and balance of the entire body.
The goal of reflexology is to recondition the nerves throughout the body. The sole purpose is to seek out blockages and restore the flow of energy to the corresponding area. By massaging these points, we can also improve blood and lymphatic supply, persuade the body to biologically correct itself, and allow natural healing to occur.
Reflexology is not a belief system, but a health practice without contradictions. Reflexology can not cause health problems and it can not negatively alter or decrease the body's functioning systems. It simply allows the body to self-correct. Reflexologists are not invasive nor do they seek to replace a doctor or medical treatment.

Ear Coning also known as Ear Candling is a therapy that has been used since ancient times.
